Candor Pump started as an idea in the mind of a high school student who was asked to write a letter to his future employer or college telling them why he would be a good candidate for them. Knowing that both options didn’t intrigue him, that student wrote a letter in 2015 to a non-existent company named Candor Pump. Six months after his graduation, Candor Pump was officially born in 2016. With his knowledge of the industry from being raised in it by his father he organically grew the company primarily through word of mouth and has been providing honest and reliable water solutions to southern California ever since. In 2024 Candor Pump, wanting to further take care of the needs of our customers, brought Eli Jimenez into the family who brought with him his tremendous work ethic and his wide knowledge and skill as a plumber Candor Pump can proudly take care of your water well, booster pump, and plumbing needs. When he’s not troubleshooting equipment, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, playing guitar, or spending meaningful time with his family

Clayton has spent over 10 years committed to providing honest and reliable water solutions to Southern California and beyond. He has spent tens of thousands of hours focused solely on diagnosing, fixing, and installing new turn-key technical pump systems and keeping the world’s greatest resource (water) flowing so your homes, families, and farms continue to thrive! He’s gone and continues to go above and beyond for the customers he services by being responsive, keeping well stocked trucks and shelves, and when needed, staying out late to get the water turned back on. When he’s not taking care of people’s water needs he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, growing family, and doing homestead type things.
